For a small monthly subscription, our technical support team will ensure all your I.T requirements are covered. Unlike some other maintenance contracts, our total I.T Support Solution not only covers you for any problems that may arise with your I.T equipment, but we also provide preventative maintenance to help ensure that things don't go wrong in the first place.

We will also include a complete systems audit and analysis of your I.T equipment and provide you with a complete comprehensive report on any existing problems you may have or that may occur in the future based on what we find. We will also advise you on any upgrades you may require. You are under no obligation to buy any upgrades or equipment from us, the report is simply for your information and is completely free as part of the package.

As a Gold member of the GE-Force Technical Support Solution, we can also provide you with any advice on software or hardware and training for your staff where required on many types of applications and hardware. In short, for only a simple monthly subscription which is a fraction of the wage of one technical support person, you get your very own technical support team!

There are three membership options to choose from, each one offering great value for money. You can pay monthly or get 12 months for the price of 11 by paying and annual subscription.

Bronze Membership+

  • Initial on-site audit + recommendations report
  • Remote Technical Support Mon-Fri 8am-6pm
  • Up to 2 hours physical call out per month (if problems cannot be solved remotely)
  • Software and hardware installation service
  • Off-Site backup solution available as an optional extra*
  • Out of hours Technical Support available as an optional extra

Silver Membership+

  • Initial On-Site audit + recommendations report
  • Remote Technical Support Mon-Fri 8am-6pm
  • Up to 2 Hours On-Site call outs per month (If problems cannot be solved remotely)
  • Software & hardware installation service
  • Off-Site backup solutions included*
  • Out of hours Technical Support available as an optional extra

  • Scheduled bi-monthly audit and I.T review report

Gold Membership+
